Over my career, I have had the opportunity to see labor and employment disputes from all sides. This experience has led me to the conclusion that speedy resolution of employment disputes is almost always in every party's interest.
Given my experience, I am uniquely positioned to assist parties in reaching resolution of their labor and employment disputes. I serve in New Jersey as a court-appointed R.1:40 qualified mediator.
